Good afternoon,

Can anyone tell me if MUE's include the drugs wastage line(JW modifier)?

Certolizumab J0717 billing 400
billing also 400-jw not sure why, pharmacy does the billing for our hospital
So technically I have 800 but my mue is 400
Am I ok because 400 is wastage? Help....
