There must be a source that I'm missing for reconciling medical supplies. For instance the MUE table indicates A4327 DME Supplier Services MUE Value 4 and CMS instructions indicate one per week. A4332 indicates 600 and CMS instructions refer to 200 per month. I am assuming the duration associated with A4327's 4 is weekly or 7 days and for A4332 is 90 days. Are my assumptions incorrect and is there one source that provides information on the time period associated with the posted allowed values?
