I am looking for information regarding multi dose vials. For example: Depotestosterone 200mg/ml. Only 0.5 ml is given equaling 100 mg. Would you bill 1 unit of J1070 because that is the total given or J1080 because that is the vial used? I have recieved mixed information on this. I am just looking for correct coding information.
