I have a surgeon who performed 4 (?) fasciocutaneous/muscle flaps for a chest reconstruction. 2 bilateral fasciocutaneous flaps based on intercostal perforators and 2 pectoral muscle flaps based off thoracoacromial perforators. Should I really report 15734 four times since they're bilateral? Please help if you can!
