i am billing for an ASC where a tenosynvectomy of the wrist was done in the 3rd 4th 2nd and 5th compartments.

i know i need to code 25118 four times. my question is do i need to put a 59 on all of the additional 25118's because i am billing for an ASC and cannot use the 51? i do not see the billing side so i want make sure that it does not deny as duplicate.
