Wiki multiple biopsies - same location

I work for a plastic surgeon who often does multiple biopsies on the same area utilizing CPT code 27613 - he biopsied lesions in both ankle and calf area. How do you code?
 
Well there is a 10 day global on that code so you will have to use a 58/78/79 modifier on the second CPT code assuming that both required separate incisions ect.
