:confused: Ok, I am overthinking this one I believe, but I would like some input on this one.
Female pt has:
Tumor A - Microinvasive Ductal Carcinoma right breast UOQ, ER/PR Negative (C504.11, Z171)
Tumor B - Cribriform Ductal Carcinoma right breast UOQ, ER/PR Positive (C504.11, Z170).
And also has DCIS of the left breast ER/PR Negative (D0511, Z171)

The way my system is allowing me to code this is C50411, Z171, Z170, D0511. Is this accurate? So basically she as 3 primary sites each w/ different ER/PR status'.
