Can I bill multiple 31624's if MD does a lavage on different LOBES of the lung??? I am getting denied even with approprate modifiers used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is my understanding that you can only bill the BAL once. I know CodeCorrect and Encoder Pro state otherwise. I battled this for a while and now I stick with just billing it once.
