Our provider billed 17311, 13151, and 14060 for a MOHS surgery of the right superior nasal sidewall and the resulting closures. Please see the closure documentation below.

Can you bill a complex closure and an Adjacent Tissue Transfer on the same defect?

"complex repair with extensive undermining and layered closure of deeper layers of subcutaneous tissues required for the inferior portion of the wound; a subsequent rotation flap was required for the superior portion of this wound to allow for closure
Length of Complex Closure: 1 .8 cm, inferior portion
Size of Flap: complex closure left a defect measuring 1.0cm x 0.9cm - rotation flap elected to close this portion of the defect; flap measured 5.9cm including primary and secondary defects
Deep Layer Sutures: 5-0 monocryl buried
Skin Layer Sutures: 6-0 vicryl running, 6-0 vicryl interrupted"

Just wanted to confirm the coding. Thank you!
