Hi, reading the 2024 E/M guidelines, I have a question on multiple E/M on the same day by the same sub-specialty. For example if a patient comes into the hospital and seen by a Cardiologist, and they request an Electrophysiology Cardiologist to consult. Can you code both E/M with a 25 modifier on the EP consultation?
