Wiki Multiple EKG's done, same DOS different POS

Our physician interprets EKG's from different hospitals and I have one case that he interpreted them both on the same DOS but one is ER performed and the other is IP performed at the same hospital...is there a certain way to report these two EKG's without being denied as I anticipate they will be as they will think they are duplicates?
