Hi,

I have a situation where a physician excised several lipomas, and listed them by lipoma and incision size like so:

A 2 cm incision with a 2.5 cm lipoma.

The codes are in the either 22902 or 22903.

How should these be coded as far as measurement? Or do I need more info?
