Due to "expansion" and the inability to grow under 1 roof - we had to open another office that happens to be right next door, with a different address. For physicians practicing in this new location that see pts back and forth in both locations, if it is a different physical address (even though it is literally just steps away) this would still require adding additional locations with Medicare and our payers - correct?

Yes, that is correct. The new address will need to be added with CMS and other third party payers, although it is still the same group practice.
