We are having an issue, mainly with Medicaid, with deliveries; there is a rule regarding deliveries that some have a GB or A CG modifier; well, when this modifier is added, as well as an 80 modifier for our assistant surgeon, the claims are being denied due to more than one modifier on the charge.
Anybody have success on billing more than one modifier to Medicaid??::
