Multiple polypectomy techniques on 1 polyp

I know that you can only code 1 polypectomy technique for 1 polyp. The dr. is disagreeing with me and is asking for documentation in which I'm having a hard time finding. Can someone please steer me in the right direction so that I can prove that I am correct?
 
Reference CMS's Correct Coding Initiative which states:
3. If the same endoscopic procedure (e.g., polypectomy) is performed multiple times at a single patient encounter in the same region as defined by the CPT Manual narrative, only one CPT code may be reported with one unit of service.
