Has anyone seen Medicare take the 25% reduction on a stress test (78452) and an Echo (93306) when done together? in January 2013 there was a MLN matters that stated that Medicare was going to start taking the 25% reduction on the 2nd procedure. We have not had that reduction taken, but I can't find anything that says that they changed their mind?
