Hoping for a lttle input on multiple procedures all performed by the same physician:
Expl laparotomy; evacuation of pelvic hematoma; irrigation and suction; repair of bowel serosa, small bowel; repair of facial defect via modified Smead-Jones method.
Our group has coded part but not sure with the bowel stuff.......
