Hello,
I just started coding on my own. I have a physician that tries to be a one stop for his patients. He is performing, ABI's, ECHO, PFT, Duplex Carotid, and Bone Density on the same day. (He is doing this with a physical)
I Inherited bad coding, that i am not even sure how these got paid because they are all hand written notes. How do I bill for any of these, if the physical was already billed for? performing provider, is ordering provider, and rendering provider?
Please help if you can, at least point me in the right direction!
