Multiple Tissue Transfers/Rearrangements

Good evening fellow coders!

Hope someone can help me out. Here's my scenario. Surgeon performed multiple tissue rearrangements. Below is a sample..

1) bilateral upper arm advancement tissue rearrangement defect 35 sq cm
2) scalp tissue rearrangement defect 3 sq cm
3) local tissue rearrangement of conchal bowl 5 sq cm

I'm thinking 14301 - 14020/51 - 14060/51.

I had someone mention that 14301 is the only code that should be used because CPT indicates "any area" ● 14301 Adjacent tissue transfer or rearrangement, any area; defect 30.1 sq cm to 60.0 sq cm.

Is it appropriate to add the sq cm together even if different areas were performed on?
