Hi Everyone,
Does anyone bill for 89130, gastric intubation and aspiration's ? Our Gastroenterologist's are billing for multiples and I am not sure how to do this?? Was thinking 59 modifier because the description states "each specimen" but insurance companies are rejecting.
Any ideas?
