Is anyone receiving denials for multiple vascular diagnostic studies on the same
date of service, specifically any combination of the following codes: 93880,
93926, 93978, 93971, 93970? Do you use modifiers when doing more than one on the
same day? Modifier 59, or other? Payer-specific?
