Could someone tell me how to code the following simple wound repairs? This was all done during one enounter for the same patient. THANKS!

LEFT HAND:
Anterolateral, dorsal: 2cm
5th finger, anterolateral: 2cm
3rd finger: 2 cm


RIGHT HAND:
Posterior: 3 cm
Anterior: 5 cm


RIGHT FOREARM:
Anterior: 2 cm
Anteromedial: 3 cm

Please read the guidelines / instructions for Repair (Closure) in your CPT book. You'll find your answer there. (In my book - 2012 CPT published by AMA, Professional Edition - these are found on page 66, bottom right column.)

Group by type (simple, intermediate, complex); then by body area.
