Multiple year billing of AWV G0439

Can we bill subsequent AWV each year for an eligible Medicare patient as long as the time is at least one year from the prior one and no other provider has billed one? I am assuming there is no limit on the times this code can be billed as this is not stated in the code guidelines. Comments?
