Can anyone tell me how other multi-specialty groups bill mid-levels when a patient see’s more than one in a day? Thank you

It all depends on the payer guidelines. Some payers will allow multiple E/Ms on the same day and some will not. If it is allowed and they still deny, then I would recommend sending in a reconsideration with the providers' taxonomy that indicates the different specialty.
