Wiki Mutually exclusive Tricare

Hello everyone I was wondering if someone could help me I have a claim that I submitted to tricare for 92004 with 92285 mod 50 and they came back not paying the visit stating that it was mutually exclusive through claim check system but I have not had this problem with any other insurance. Any advice on how to get the visit paid?
