Has anyone coded a Mitral Valve Repair via Thoracotomy approach?:confused:

Patient will be on cardiopulmanary bypass and since the only difference I can see is the incision is smaller and NOT done thru chest but more on the side: I am going to use the Mitral Valve Repair w/Ring 33426.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this...and if coding 33426 would be correct.
