Wiki MVA and sick visit

My provider treated a patient for superficial injuries from a MVA. He also treated the patient the same date for strep and ear pain and did a mono test. He did two separate notes. Can we bill two office visits in one day? One to the MVA insurance for the accident and one to her private insurance for her sick visit?
