Does anyone know of an issue with MVP denying labs for no apparent reason? We've had a bunch of denials, for example a patient had a physical and MVP denied his CBC and hgbA1C saying "service not payable with other service rendered on the same day", there was nothing else done that day. Multiple patients with the same denial code. I've tried calling MVP and they "can't take my call because of a heavy volume of calls and to call back later".
