Wiki Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Does anyone know what ICD-9 code would be used for Myelodysplastic syndrome with trisomy 8? My DR's are using 238.75 but Medicare will only cover 238.72 and 238.74 for outpatent hospital claims. Any idea what level this is?
