Hi,

Need help determining whether a myocutaneous island pedicle flap of the trapezius would be billed with 15734 for the myocutaneous flap of the trunk or 15740 Flap island pedicle which describes a cutaneous flap or would both be billed. There is no bundling issue with these two codes, but not sure what would be appropriate. :confused: Appreciate any thoughts.
