Wiki Myosure coding but unable to remove fibroid?

My provider did on same day 1. Myosure procedure but due to Fibroid location and size unable to remove Fibroid after attempting. 2. Novasure at same time. How would you code the myosure 58561 with modifier 52 or just 58558 Hysteroscopy. However, 58558 and 58563 are a cci edit so her work in attempting to remove fibroid would not be paid?
