This is a question for anyone billing Stress Test in Texas. A patient was given a total of 43 mci of Myoview during resting and stress parts of a stress test. How many units of Myoview would you bill to Trailblazer or to a commercial insurance? Are you billing and receiving full invoice amunts of Myoview from Trailblazer? Are you billing invoice amounts to all carriers?
