Myringotomy ? Please help

Hi, I new to ENT and would love some advice, I was wondering can you bill 69421 and 69436 together, it looks like they are bundled, if we can't bill them together which code should be billed if the Doctor performed a myringotomy and tube placement. Thanks in advance for all responses... Sandra
