Hello,

The podiatrist did an electrofulgeration of nail spicule under local anasthesia. I am having a hard time finding the CPT for this procedure. I understand this is a form of destruction yet there are no destruction codes for nails - just removals/avulsion/excision.

Any help would be appreciated.
