The practice just implanted our first St. Jude Nanostim Leadless Pacemaker device. I am wondering what others have been using to code the implanting of the device. Also, I am curious about what codes would be appropriate for device interrogation. Thoughts?

Hello, you will need to follow Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) billing guidelines for your payer. Medicare has a lot of info on IDE billing. St. Jude Medical also has a reimbursement hotline at 855-569-6430.
