The physician dictated the patent maxillary antrostomy could be seen in the view, minimal dilation of this in an inferior and anterior manner was done. Does anyone think this supports reporting 31256? Thank You
 
I think I'd ask for addendum from the physician as to how the antrostomy was done and if tissue was removed.
It might be paid using 31256 but I'm not sure it would ever hold up to an audit without a more complete description of the procedure.
