My physicians are doing nasal gel antibiotic injections of Mupirocin/Budesonide and Vancomycin into sinuses. Does anyone have any information on how to code the physician charges? Currently, they are just billing the 31231 code and I am wondering if that is all we should be coding. Please help!! Thanks. Nancy
