Op report states pt has subtotal nasal defect status post excision of a nasal septal squamous cell carcinoma.
Procedure is listed as 1.right sided paramedian forehead flap
2. Split thickness skin graft
3. Ear cartilage graft to nasal defect
4. Nasal turn-in flaps for intranasal lining
5. Repair of forehear donor site defect tissue transfer 4cm x 3cm
