DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CPT CODE FOR A SPHENOPALATINE ARTERY BASED NASAL SEPTAL FLAP? MY DOCTOR WANTS TO BILL 15740 BUT THAT IS NOT CORRECT. HE WAS REPAIRING A CSF LEAK AND USED THE FLAP AND A FAT GRAFT TO REPAIR THE LEAK. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE HELP.
