nasolacrimal duct tube revision

does anyone have any suggestions on what to code for a nasolacrimal duct tube revision? See scrubbed note below...

The patient was brought to the operating room and sedated. A nasal speculum was used to visualize the nasal anatomy and a red Robinson tube was encountered and removed because it was blocking exposure to the Silastic nasolacrimal duct tube. The Silastic nasolacrimal duct tube was repositioned and a 5-0 Vicryl suture was used to fixate it to the lateral nasal wall. It was sutured in position and the tube was then examined externally and it was well-fixated. The patient tolerated the procedure well.

would this be considered a FB removal 68530, since a red Robinson tube was removed and the silastic tube was merley reposition and sutured? Any advise is appreciated

Thank you
