Hello,

I code for an ENT provider who will occasionally perform an adenoidectomy via Nasopharyngoscopy. He uses electrocautery to destroy the adenoid tissue, through the scope rather than the usual approach described in 42830-1, or 42835-6. I cannot find a CPT code for this. Does anyone have any ideas??
