Wiki Naturopathic with PCP

Hello,

If a PT sees the PCP, and the PCP refers the PT to a Naturopathic, (located in the same facility) the PT then returns to the PCP to complete their visit. Does the PCP bill a higher E & M code for the full time spent including the time with the Naturopathic? The Naturopathic would have a note attahced to the billing to show their time. References would be wonderful.

I am thinking Both bill seperatly.
I currenlty work in the behavioral healh field, and my company is going into Integrated Health Care, so this is a new one for me.
