I need help with a couple of issues I am having with NC Medicaid
I am trying to bill for 55875 ; and they are not going to pay because we did
this in the office setting! Has anyone else had any trouble with this code?

I also need to know if anyone knows Medicaids guidelines for INcident To billing?:confused:
