Wiki NC Medicaid Telehealth Modifier 2021

Is anyone experiencing NC Medicaid denying charges for both GT,CR modifier? Mine are and I work for pain management .. I keyed the claim in on NC tracks and claim paid with only the GT modifier. Please advise if you have new information?

Hi - Sorry I can't offer personal experience or new info. Just wanted to note that the guidance on the codes in https://files.nc.gov/ncdma/covid-19/NCMedicaid-Telehealth-Billing-Code-Summary.pdf says GT and CR. In some cases, CR only.
