Our carrier Noridian JF will not be updating the screening colonoscopy NCD 210.3 adding the new diagnosis Z86.0101, Z86.0102 & Z86.0109 which replace Z86.010 personal history of polyps until April 2025!? Anyone know if there is any way to get this updated sooner? These new diagnosis went into effect in October 2024 so that is a 7 month period we will have to wait for claims processing.

It's so frustrating! They sure deleted Z86.010 but didn't follow the next line that they are to add the other Z86 codes as of Oct 1st. Also, NDC 210.3 - Colonoscopy isn't even listed as one of the colorectal screening tests.

I am receiving denials from Medicare Advantage plans due to this.
