If a physician orders a lower and upper NCV using the 95913 for reimbursement. What code should he use when only doing an upper or just lower NCV?
 
The new codes for 2014 do not distinguish between upper and lower, only the number of nerves tested.
95907 NCS 1-2 studies
95908 NCS 3-4 studies
that goes up to 95913 which is 13 or more studies.
