Wiki NCV denial

I received a denial for codes 95911 and 95886 due to medical necessity. The patient had lower back pain, ankle pain and hip pain and that is what was coded since the study came back normal. I looked at the LCD's and none of these codes are listed as supporting medical necessity. Is there something else I can do? There really isn't much else in the report other than the patient had low back surgery 4 years prior and the test was done to evaluate nerve compression. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
