We are having our Texas Mediciad claims come back stating an NCD code is required for adenosine used with a nuclear stress test. Any one having this issue? If so what code are you using? We are finding several different ones and are not sure which is correct. We are working with our vendor but they are just as puzzled at we are.
Vendor gave us these as possible codes but is still working on a resolution... 00703-8776-01 and 00703-8777-01
