Hi all -- We have payments pending, since last October, that may be for an incorrect NDC code#. The code we've used up to that point is 70621010101. Has this code changed to 70621-101-10 ? Or is this the package code? Thanks!
So an update to this is my finding of the need to add the extra 0 to the middle # series. This number is correct, but is anyone else getting denials for this from Medicare or Optum Medicare plans?
