We are Internal Medicine and are beginning flu shot season.
Is it correct to bill 90686 for flu shot for low dose and high dose vaccines? Is Medicare flu vaccine different?
Last year NDC under insurance claims for flu vaccine was 58160-0898-41. Is this still true?
